ABOUT THE CHANNEL
It started with the lawn. The ORDER part keeps growing.
Lawn & Order Texas Edition began with Bermuda lawn care, mower maintenance and the things I learned taking care of my own property. Today it includes robot mowers, irrigation, sprayers, lawn products and increasingly, useful tech inside and outside the home.
How Lawn & Order Texas Edition Started
The channel started with an idea from my wife and daughter, and from that Lawn & Order Texas Edition was created. In the beginning, the focus was simple: share how I take care of my Bermuda lawn and maintain the equipment I use to do it.
That meant aerating, products I had good luck with, zero-turn mower maintenance, greasing Zerks, changing hydro oil, sharpening blades, adding mower accessories and sharing the little fixes that make lawn work easier. Sometimes the useful tip is highly technical. Sometimes it is as simple as using a kitchen spatula to scrape packed grass from the underside of a mower deck.
Over time the channel expanded naturally. I have covered Bluetooth sprinklers, sprinkler controllers, yard sprayers, pesticides, herbicides, soil testing and robotic mowers. The common thread is not one specific product category. It is showing what I use, what works for me, what does not and what I learn from actually living with it.
The ORDER Side
Robot mowers and outdoor technology are already a major part of the channel, and the ORDER side is expanding. Going forward, I will also be reviewing more useful technology and products inside the home, not just equipment that lives in the yard.
More Than Product Reviews
A review can tell you whether I like a product, but Lawn & Order has always been about more than that. I also share maintenance, setup ideas, lawn-care techniques, troubleshooting, shortcuts and the odd trick that saves time or makes a job easier.
The channel may have great mower footage and the occasional nice drone shot, but the goal is still the same as when it started: share useful information from the things I am actually doing around my lawn, property and home.
